1971 T.S.D.Yacht "KALANI"

(Origin Hawaii - "Heaven on Earth")

The moment you step aboard the quality and luxury will enfold you and you can begin to relax. Your Captain and crew will welcome you into a world where service, courtesy and discretion are practiced arts and you can begin to unwind and enjoy yourselves.

The present owners acquired her in 2000 and, in the intervening winters, have carried out a series of comprehensive overhauls and refits to bring her up to an astounding specification in safety and decoration.

"KALANI", under the British flag, is now fully MCA compliant and has all approved Safety and Navigational Aids and is fully licensed to Charter.

The Master Stateroom, astern on the Accommodation deck, is a full width double cabin (and "KALANI" is nearly 19 feet or 5.7 metres wide!) reached by a companionway ('staircase' in land-lubber's talk) from the aft end of the main Saloon. It has an en-suite bathroom (yes, with a real bath!) including shower and toilet. Spacious hanging space and lockers (drawers) for stowing away your clothes are discretely fitted into the space under the 'stairs'. A C.D. sound system allows you to relax in privacy and also listen to your own choice of music when some well-earned 'personal time' is required.

A V.I.P Stateroom, again a double bedded cabin, again with an en-suite bathroom is almost full-width with the bathroom to one side. Once again this cabin has it's own C.D. sound system for your personal music.

The third cabin, a Guest Double, has an en-suite shower/toilet configuration.

All Cabins have portholes to allow the early morning light to paint patterns in the deck-head (ceiling) when reflected off the sea. In addition they all have fresh air ventilation or air-conditioned cooling for when the heat of the day becomes 'just too much'.

The Main deck Saloon has both a Dining area for up to six persons and an extremely comfortable 'Lounging' area whilst the Boat Deck above boasts a large upholstered sunbathing area with sun-loungers and, should it get 'too hot' for sunbathing, a shade awning for taking a brief respite with a cool drink.

The Aft deck has a Dining table for up to eight persons should you wish to invite some 'shore-based' friends aboard for Dinner.
